Skoped objects not showing in CTool?

I've run into a problem with a skope and if anyone could help me I'd be very grateful.

I've skoped a belt from ink's storm mesh onto his warbird mesh. However the belt does not show up in CTool. (i'm using ) I'm confused because I managed to skope the headpiece from his jean_X mesh onto the warbird and it shows up fine.

Any suggestions?

possible suggestion:

make sure the piece is not hidded, or ,aybe check that the tga files are correct.
