how do we access the fx built into the game?

In the Irrational Games/Freedom Force vs The Third Reich/Data folder, there is a file called art.ff

Change the ff part to zip.

Open the zip file and you'll go through library/fx, where they all are.

After extracting what you want, don't forget to change art.zip back to art.ff
