noob question.. how to play using more the 4 characters

i would like to use 6 characters in the game [dangerroom] how do i do that?

For FF1 or 2?

If for 2, you'll need FFX installed.  Load the FFX version of the game, go to the RR, and select "Epic" or "Buddy" modes.  Then choose your team as usual, but when you get to the enemy selection screen, put the "------buddies--------" object in the list first.  Then add whoever you want to join you.  Then put the standard "--------" in after that and add your foes.

ffx version? im lost. I do have ffx2 gold but i dont know what you mean.

ok. I am going to need a step by step, im new. I only know there are new attributes in game to choose, what else can I do? I def want to play using 6 characters!

Go to the rumble room and choose team play.  Pick 4 guys/gas for your squad as usual and then pick 2 more on the enemies list.  Then select the character that is identofied simply as -----------.   After that, pick the people you want your six heroes to fight.


This will NOT:

1) allow you to be more than 4 people during the regular campaign.

2) Allow you to control all 6 heroes completely.   You only have total control over the first 4.

3) Allow you to select one of the 2 'extra' characters if one of your original 4 gets KOed


If you are still not sure what to do, make sure you have FFX installed and you are checking under the danger room/rumble room section of the game.  None of this applies to the campaign.
