I am in the process of helping Miguel get his skopes uploaded and in some cases finishing his WIP's and I was wondering the protocol with the skins. Since the skopes are built to conform to specific skinners work and in some cases need alpha's added I didn't know about how to go about releasing the skopes with skins. For example- I have a Giant-Man skope that has 8 different variations but it needs parts alpha'd in the extras.tga. If I include the properly alpha'd extras that's KB'ing the skin right? or is it okay since the skinner is given full credit and nothing of importance is actually being changed? It's not a problem for someone like me to download Courts Giant-man 5 pack and then alpha the parts to match the skope but not everyone knows how to do that, plus writing a readme to explain filename changes and what to alpha would be tedious to write for a layman.

I want to get things cleared up before I go further.
