FFVTTR installation problems

I recently purchased FFVTTR and attempted an install. It failed. Thinking it was the disk, I bought another copy. It's the same exact error. I tried it on a eMachine with AMD processor 1.6GHz with 1GB of RAM running WinXP SP3. I also tried it on a different WinXP machine from Dell. Same error. It says the following:
1155: File E:\FreedomForce vs The 3rd Reich.msi not found
As far as I can tell, the installation file is there. Here is a screenshot of the error with the contents of the disk drive displayed.


Any help would be appreciated.
