Furie's Rumble Mod - Does anyone have it?

Original Rumble Room mod made by Furie (at least I think it was) used to be my favorite mod back in the days. I didn't have all the meshes and skins used in mod's but I remember endless hours of searching right kind of meshes from net and editing them to fit right. I used to have some version of it which contained only Marvel heroes and villains but it was cool because I'm not that familiar with DC stuff anyway. There was also nice feature (or rather bug) in that mod which allowed you to play the campaign with your own hero (without point limit) by taking hero into Dangerroom. So you could use for example your almighty Onlaught against growing hordes of villains.

Too bad I think I have lost the cd in some point. Later Bearded made some kind of remake of original but I can not find it either. Is there anyway to get any version of this mod? I know there used to be some kind of clash with marvel years ago which affected to lot of marvel stuff made into this game but recently there seems to be lots of both marvel and dc stuff. Thanks..

I believe that was one of the mods that was lost. I have talked to Furie a few times since then, and he's OK with his old stuff being rehosted, but unfortunately, I believe every iteration of that particular mod is gone unless Furie has a copy of it himself. I don't recall whether or not it made it onto those mod discs.

That said, I may have a super old version of it (without the marvel/dc skins) lying around, so I'll check my backups.

I think I might have gotten a version of it at one time, but I'm not certain where it is, if that's so.   Hopefully on some disk somewhere.  I'll try to look for it.  If he's okay with it being reposted, it can go on the Mod Graveyard if found.

Ive got a Rumbleworks version of the mod, which looks to be the Furie Rumble mod but with DC characters instead of Marvel.

Thank you for your replies.. It would be real swell to play it again sometime. I hope Cat can find hes copy of it so the mod could be added to Grave with other Goldies. Rumbleworks version could also be nice to have somewhere available.. It could be fascinating to play it also..

Can you guys describe what this mod was all about?

i'm going to strip it of meshes and skins and upload it.
it is random heroes vs random badguys, with leveling and different buildings that recruit different characters.

Unfortunately, the hard drive that had this mod died. I don't have it (unless I can rig the hard drive to work, and that's not likely), but if somebody has a version of it, I should be able to tell you how to get your own meshes and characters into it.
