Just started using character tool 2 everytime I try to open up a(Import) nif
It also asks me for Freedom Force bundles?
It tells me it's unzipping and never does.
I'm sure it's me but I need help.
Can anyone help me?
I can't open up a character file it seems to different from CTOOL 1.

Ctool doesn't "unzip" anything. It views nifs just like FF1's Ctool would. No one uses FF bundles for Ctool2, and no one outside of the development team even really knows what it does.

Again, no one uses bundles. Ctool2 works exactly like ctool 1.

I still don't know what I'm doing wrong.
I go to the top left hand side.
I click on Character it asks me to Import or Export.
So I click Import.
A box opens and says File Name
Then below it sayd Files type:Freedom Force Bundles.
So I click on all files type and click on a Nif. and it gives me an error message?????
Saying unable to open bundle....?????

You shouldn't need to go into the Character menu at all. When you start up the Character Tool, there should already be a list of available meshes on the left side. Just click on a name, and the mesh should appear in the window.

Here is a description of what Bundles are, according to the game documentation:
QuoteA bundle is a collection of custom data, neatly packaged into one file so that it can easily be exchanged with other players. If you have custom data that you wish to make available to others, you can export it into a bundle. If you download a bundle you can import it, which will then make it available for use in game and in the Character Tool 2.
A bundle can contain any or all of the following:

   -a custom mesh
   -any number of custom skins
-animation data or a link to animation data
-any number of custom hero files

A "link" to animation data is a way or refering to animation data without including it in the bundle. If your mesh uses animation data from an existing standard character, you can opt to link to this data in the bundle rather than including it directly. This reduces the size of the bundle.
When you elect to export a bundle, a dialog is opened from which you can select which items to include. Note that you cannot include standard data (there is no reason to exchange this). When you click OK, a file browse dialog will ask you where to save the bundle and what to call the file.
If you have a bundle that you downloaded and you want to include it in the game, you can either double click on the bundle file which will automatically start the Character Tool 2 and import the bundle. Alternatively, you can start the tool and then select Import from the File menu and then browse to where the bundle file is and open it.
In all of my years here, I've never seen a Bundle. As, Prev stated, no one uses bundles. I imagine it never caught on due to the fact that everyone individualizes their heroes (different meshes, skins, keyframes, powers, attributes, etc). Now, seeing some of your posts in other threads, it looks like you can view meshes/skins, so I'm wondering if you are wanting to check out the hero files (you mention something about character files in your first post)?
If this is the case and you have hero files created, There is a "Heroes" box to the right of the "Skins" box. You can click on the hero name and then click the "Edit" button. This will bring up the in-game character creator. Being that this more than a bit cumbersome and the fact that it loads the original game creator (you won't be able to view a character properly made with FFX stuff), you would be better off using a Hero Tool. The latest one, and only one made specifically made for FFVTTR is here: http://www.alexff.com/ezhero.php
Now, if you can't see meshes at all in CTool, then we need to know what version of Windows you are using and where you have your game installed. As Mystik mentioned, you need to make sure your mesh directory is set up properly.
