I've seen that message probably 2-3 times in the last two months, and then just a reload of the page was all that was needed.  It didn't seem frequent or pernicious enough to be an actual problem, or I would have mentioned it to Stumpy by now.  Sounds like it's a little more persistent for some others, though.
