I'm looking for film, television, or music in that article, and I'm not finding them. Scorpion's inclusion in Injustice was already discussed in the actual gaming board (which is where this thread belongs) and the general consensus was that he doesn't belong and that this was a waste of a DLC slot, especially for those of us who paid for those dlc slots already.

No real reason for my posting here other than I goofed and posted in the wrong section.

I have the season pass as well, but I am actually excited for this. I know he's not a DC character, but I do love crossovers.

I don't have anything wrong with crossovers (they're what let Darth Vader and Link in the Soul Calibur series) but this is a DLC slot I already paid for in the expectation that it would be a DC character. It's one thing to offer it to fans as a bonus character, but it would have been nice if they'd done it so I could have CHOSEN whether or not to buy a non-DC character in a DC comics game. Instead, they snuck him into a blind four pack and didn't tell anyone that one of the characters might not be from DC comics.

I'm sorry, but there is still a HUGE wealth of characters who deserve a slot before we go into random bonus characters from other games. I'm not talking more obscure characters with fun power sets either, I'm talking about major characters from the DCU, such as Martian Manhunter, Black Manta, and Cheetah. At a minimum, Martian Manhunter should have been added before they massaged their own egos by adding one of their characters in.

It's the same as if I were making the next Arkham game, and I offered you the ability to buy 4 playable characters from the Batman family, and then suddenly threw in one of my Influx characters before letting you play as Robin.

I hear you Mato about budgeting your money, but did you really think that Boon wouldn't sneak in his favorite MK character? That and the fact that we didn't know who is going to be in the Season Pass when we all bought it and yet we bought it anyway.

I said it was frustrating, not that I don't understand it or that I'm shocked that they included him. It's the same with the Mattel subscriptions for figures... I know going in that they aren't going to do just the characters I want, and it's the same with Injustice: I'm not a fan of Lobo, and although Batgirl is cool to have, she doesn't top my list of characters either.

My issue with Scorpion in particular is that I had assumed that the four pack would be JUST the DC characters. If scorpion had been a separate dlc character, I wouldn't have minded. If Mattel suddenly threw in a He-man figure in my DC subscription, I'd be ticked about that too
