Hi all

Just a a bit of an intro, I was googling something completely unrelated, I think I was looking for pictures of batman villains or something, when I stumbled over some freedom force meshes. I was instantly nostalgic for the game, which I have not played for some time since my original FFvTTR CD and FF DVD and CD became scratched. I managed to track down a copy from GOG and was keen to play again.

Back with the first game, I did download some of the character tools and played around a bit. I'm not sure why, perhaps because I bought FFvTTR soon after it's release or because my google skills were not as good back then, but I never found their equivalent for the sequel. But now I see there are a lot of awesome looking mods and such available, so I have been downloading a few to try out.

TLDR: Anyway the actual question I have is whether it is possible to still get the original skins from FF, male_rotund in particular which is needed for Slowball in FFX3. I also apologize if this has been answered somewhere and I did not find it; I am very slowly figuring things out again

Firstly, welcome to Freedom Reborn, Arachobia!

As for the Character Tools for :ffvstr: , they can be found here: http://www.alexff.com/goodies.php

They are like the original tools, but have been updated by the glorious Abenavides to work for both the GoG and Steam versions of the game.

And for the Male_Rotund, you can find them on ModForce, the official Irrational Games modsite for this game.  The mesh can be found in the "Custom Heads" pack (not very intuitive, I know).  You'll also need the EZNifConverter, which can be found on the same site as the mod tools that I pointed out above.

That should cover you, for now.  If there is anything else that I may help you with, please do not hesitate to ask.

Thanks for the help. At the moment I am still figuring things out, but have managed to get FFX and a few other mods to work, as well as the new character tools.

Oh yeah, this site has links to just about everything that you need/could want for FF: http://ffportal.negative-10.com/

I definitely recommend giving it a look. :)
