My last request for the foreseeable future deals with an Ultraman Jack skin.I have the skin with the Ultraman69 meshes, but I remember someone making a skin of the more modern Ultraman Jack.

Two things, first, when making a Request, Pics really help, because personally, in this case, I have no idea what you're looking for. Secondly, and this is nothing against you, I try to suggest this to everyone, but please try to keep all of your Requests located in one Thread. When you have multiple Request Threads floating around, it's not only more difficult for those of us trying to fill the Requests to follow, but it also pushes other Members' Requests off of the first page, which often prevents their Requests from getting made.

I have a link to a 3D model to Ultraman Jack. I do not know how to turn the model into something that can be used in FF. Valandar used to have an Ultraman Jack skin, but I've lost the skin and cannot seem to find it anywhere on the web.

That's the standard one.Can we please convert tf3dm one to a freedom force mesh to use as a jack skin since we cant find the old one? I already have ultraman69 and the frpunlimited link to the jack skin is down.

Unfortunately, looking at the Link you provided, the File is in a "Max" Format. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but this basically means that someone would need to have an older version of 3dsMax in order to import the File into Freedom Force. To my knowledge, there are only 2 even remotely active Members on that list right now. Your best bet, would be to alter your Request to try to get either Valandar's Skin, or John Jr's Skin.

Bobby69 would have no reason to save John Jr's Skin to his Yahoo Group, usually Content Creators save only to their own Yahoo Groups. The Website that was Hosting John Jr's Skopes and Skins has been down for a while now, which is why I suggested changing your Request to ask for his Skin.

The mesh that it says it is created for is not available, but it may be able to fit other meshes. From the look of Bobby69's mesh, it appears that renaming the art file for this skin would do the trick. I just don't know if you are searching for the look of a certain mesh or a skin.

You didn't need to mention it, I already said the link is dead. Likewise John pops in here on off, just ask him about it when he does. I'm sure he'll be happy to share his work with someone who really appreciates the character. Like Cyber Burn said patience is a virtue. I know you really like the character but all of us always have a lot going on in and answering requests simply takes time to do.
