This one would be really difficult, but I would be ecstatic if somebody actually made him.

I won't be holding my breath for this one, though :P

A " simple " version wouldn't be tough. By that I mean with no special animations. Doesn't crawl about, doesn't really retract the light sabers or do anything significant with the arms. Just find a 3d game model of him (I wouldn't know off hand but I'm sure it's out there), break it up and add the pieces to male-4-arms or something. He's a rigid mechanical type so the parts would just be attached and not actually bend. Full plate here still but I'll note it just in case no one gets on it. That's the fastest track I can think of to pulling it off though. Downside of course is it would only look like him, not move like (then your talking major time invested). Upside is there's something representing him and you wouldn't even have to skin it if you didn't feel like it.

Sick Alice.

There is a model of him  in the game Star Wars Battlefront 2

Take a look at this video of him moving hinself as we can see here:

He and Conde Dooku are characters with a very strong presence.

Could you with your great talent make a skin of  General Grivieous or Conde Dooku, Sick Alice??? We could use them in other star wars meshes... Today we have many supermans, many batmans, but some singulars and desirable diferent characters is kind of dificult to find... I am always in your page, althought we don`t have the knowledge to make it so, "the force is with you to create them". :)

I can't sorry. My laptop with all my stuff on it fried. Added I'm coping with a lot of personal issues right now so I'm not going to be modding for awhile. Just popping in and chatting every now and then on a borrowed laptop is all. I can advise the process when I'm available though.

Oh, I understand Sick Alice.
That's ok. You have made a lot for us already.

Thank you anyway and congratulation for responding and for sharing your good meshes.
