Haha, Daglob's money is pretty safe. 

Going clockwise from the far left:
Aquaman, Mera, Aquababy (Arthur Jr.), Koryak (bah!), Aquagirl II (Lorena), Lagoon Boy, Aqualad, Aquagirl I (Tula), and Topo.  (Where's Tusky?)  The Little Sea Horse looks a bit like Imp, too.

I've actually never read a story with Lagoon Boy in it.  I really don't know that much about him, except from the Young Justice cartoon, and I have clue if that was accurate.
