Costume Rating 80: Metamorpho

This weekend we'll look at DC's Metamorpho:

I gave him a Meh. The design is too by the numbers for me, however I've seen some pretty interesting things done with it in newer designs.

Yeah, but back when it came out, it was unusual that a character wasn't wearing a costume, but the four quadrants of his body were different, and then try to figure out what they were, other than the calcium head and mud leg. Fradon drew the other leg like it was wood, but later I decided that she might be trying for silver. The right side of the chest looked like the muscles without skin, and the left like the surface of a tongue.

Of course, then came Ultra, The Multi-Alien and it went downhill from there...
