Avatars seem to be a lost art nowadays. I'd love to see more done. Just stay away from the avatars on my list.....

Oh goodness, these are all good ideas. Of course, "life hiccups" have prevented me from... umm... starting any of these things, but fear not, I will get back into skinning very soonish. There'll be ridiculous heroes, really bad space monsters, damsels in distress, and Blacula. And maybe a few avatars in there!

(OK, so I keep going back to the Blacula thing. That's because I'm a huge fan of William Marshall, a huge fan of the movies, and he's been sitting 85% done on my hard drive for the past year, and I need to finish him up.)

OK, so I have a story for you guys, and I didn't want to start a new thread. Last night, I found myself twiddling my thumbs, bored out of my mind, when I though "Hey! I haven't skinned in a long while, maybe I'll finish up a few skins." First time I've had the urge to skin in almost a year and a half. So I go to my computer, search to my FF work folder and...

Nothing.

See, I migrated hard drives about 9 months ago, and didn't bother to check all my files. I guess the entire folder didn't survive the transfer. So I had to delete all of it.

I've lost a ton of finished and unfinished skins last night, including Captain Planet, a skope and skin that I've always regarded as my best and favorite.

And so, instead of wallowing in the lost past, I've decided to start again. I'm also using this loss as an excuse to close my old Yahoo! Groups. They have been swamped by spammers for years, and I'm tired of messing with them. I'll have a new site up soon (ish) but for now, if anyone wants my stuff (and honestly, why would you. They really aren't that good.), just drop me a PM or something. These are the ones I have left:
