Afghan Ant is probably my favorite skinner :). Wonderful work.

Got bored. Everyone else was doing one so I thought I would do a skin of her too.

Working on her first X-Men costume as well.

Uses LP's skope with some edits. I wanted her to look as much like Jim Lee's old drawing  possible with a few embellishments.

She looks fantastic, AA...Bravo!  I feel the shadow under her cheeks is a bit too much (as it doesn't give her much of a jawline), but I love the colors and the skin in general is beautiful (great hair texture and facial expression and I love the belt and costume lines and wrinkles)..

I am frequently in awe of how much better some of our skinners and meshers are at putting together characters compared to the ones we see in "official" games, like Marvel or DC online, etc (sometimes, many of the official skins/meshes seem a bit blah)...We have some very talented folk here.

That looks awesome, AA, and it's nice to see you skinning again. Stop leaving us! How is our friendship supposed to grow when you only come around once every 3 months? :D

Very tidy! I got bored and started skinning the Mutant-X characters... then my pc crashed.........

KHHHAAANNN!

AfghanAnt

Thanks everyone!

CMD, I actually had a softer cheekbones version but opt'ed for harder more comic lines that can be seen easily in-game.

A little FYI:
I had a computer crash but luckily I had some stuff backed up (my bases and psds). My next task is trying to get freedomforceuniverse.com back up and running (got lazy and didn't put in my new credit card info and just stop caring after the crash).  I really want to get back to doing sets (plug and play characters with hero files and fxs included).

I need to start from scratch on my Amazing X-Men pak (Storm, Quicksilver, and Exodus skopes got lost) and Dark X-Men are on my list but I need to get the inspiration. Deadly X-Men are probably dead in the water with the exception of the first three (Grey King, Crux, and Chaos) which I backed up online.

The crash really sucks AA. Sorry to hear about that.

Great skin though. The colours are very well done as usual.

Beautiful work. I love Jim Lee's Psylocke. Now I love AA's just as much.

Ah, good point.  A lot of facial detail does get lost in-game, since most of time players are zoomed out to see all the action.  Anyway, she looks great!

Dana

BTW:  Sorry to hear of your computer crash, AA....I hope everything is fixable and works out soon...Good luck.

Yah! Psylocke in her ink frock!

I'm pretty much committed to do one or two more versions of the character. I know one hasn't be done so that will be fun and the other is sort of a repaint of the ninja look with different attacks.

BONUS!
Spoiler

It is crazy to see what 8 (WOW) and 4 years can do.

I really like ninja Betsy's eyes and hair.

I think the not-chosen skin will be.. Lady Mandarin? Are you considering her armored look?

cmdrkoenig67

Amazing evolving style/skill comparisons there, AA!

Armored Psylocke! I am loving it, AA. Great job on it. The purple tones are fantastic, as well as the breast plate.

Amazo Version 2.2

amazing attention to detail AA, seriously sweet.
For anyone, and everyone, who has ever done anything to improve the FF/FFvs3R gaming experience, I want to say thank you. Life is so short, and you have all brought me so much joy. I hope that one day, I am somehow able to return the kindness and generosity that all of you have shown.

Cyber Burn

Really impressive work on all three versions of Betsy. Very Nice AA.

Wonderful AA, great to see all the different stages of Betsy's development and the massive improvement between your 2004 & 2012 versions.

Sioux City Dynamo

Love your work AA! As always, you are an inspiration!!

I think this and Betsy's Captain Britain costume are the only ones that haven't been done. This was actually a hard one because the color palettes for the comics are so different so I just went with what looks good.

Here's the Uncanny X-Force version of Psylocke. Murs did her more recent costume but so I did the one from the Apocalypse storyline.

So I'm doing Lady Britain next and hopefully Meggan and Brian will follow (I don't think I'm going to do every version of them though).
