In my opinion, the updated belt does look better Podmark. Don't really know what else you could do to improve on it.

Yay, you used Murs's logo tutorial! Finally, he'll feel vindicated and useful. Nice job, Pod.

It actually does. ^_^

It looks good, Pod. Can't say I really ever cared Pym but the skin turned out great.

Cyber Burn

Looks good Pod. I'd like to see what other versions you plan on skinning.

John Jr.

I'm with Murs here, Pod. I'm not a fan of the character, but I'm always impressed with your skinning, the colors are stunning!
Congrats.
BTW, the new belt is better looking.

naitvalis

so great pod! i'm a fan of pym as yellowjacket! when i can have for my personal use? hehehe

(it can be used with  :ff: to right?)

Podmark

Might not be til this weekend, I'm dealing with some computer problems on my desktop.

Like most of my new work it is for :ffvstr: only. But this was a reasonably simple skope, I may be able to reconstruct it before release.

Great job on Pym! You've now done two of my three favorites in the past month or so (other is Archangel).

Captain America. Thanks for asking. There are, of course, quite a few versions of him around. Not sure whether you've done one or not.

I was just curious. I have no plans to skin Cap right now.

Oh yeah, I knew what you meant. No need to. There are dozens of Cap skins around. You're Canadian, right? Is Cap even popular outside the US?

I don't really know. I like Cap.
I really care more about the character than where they're from.

But where's your love for Jeffrey Mace/Patriot/Captain America, you dead, undead Canadian?

Pardon my ignorance. How visually different would the Mace Captain America be?

I dunno, not really familiar with him.

Is this the costume you're looking for? I'd be surprised if no one has done him before. If not I'll consider him. Just for you Prev.

I'd love to see a Pod version of the Patriot.

Awww, enemies of war coming together and making a truce. :P. That's his Patriot gear, yuh. I had an idea in mind for... something. I believe the current Patriot Mini, which I hope to review soonish... maybe, simplified his look even further by removing the boot stars.

When Jeff served as Captain America (and he served longer as Captain America in actual time than Steve did before he was frozen... so now Jeff's the second longest serving Captain America unless Bucky passes the 6 or 7 year mark), he wore a spare of Steve's costume, as he was inspired by him (and they worked together a few times). There're minor cosmetic differences such as size, build, and shield material, and that's about it. Everything else would be reflected in his hero file.

Not my favorite Pym, but you nailed it!

Podmark

I've released Yellowjacket on HeroForce with one more update:

Includes a :ff: skope. Unfortunately this won't be a common thing. I don't mean to slight FF-only users, it's just that sticking to FFvTTR-only skopes makes my life infinitely easier.

Terrific Pod, one of my fave Avengers stories was where Hank as Yellowjacket took on the main Avengers while being blackmailed by Egghead.

Great skope Sir!

Podmark

Today I give you Ant-Man(s) and the Wasp:

This continues my ongoing Pym and Pym related characters series, expect more in the next year. With Hank and Scott I wanted to ensure that they're costumes were distinct so I spent a fair bit of time researching their various Ant-Man costumes. Then we have O'Grady's Secret Avengers costume. I was considering doing some of their other Ant-Man costumes and maybe I'll come back to those in the future.

Trivia Time: Which Ant-Man is my favorite?
Spoiler
Scott Lang. Hank is my favorite of the three characters but I like Scott best in the Ant-Man persona.

Lastly we have Hank's (soon to not be) current identity as the Wasp. I wanted to finish this skin before he changed back to Giant-Man next month in Avengers Academy #7. The Wasp identity means a lot to me. The costume itself isn't fantastic or anything but it represents a period where the character got a new push under Dan Slott in Mighty Avengers. Slott's Mighty was an uneven run but it was basically a Hank Pym solo book and helped move the character past some unfortunate characterization from the last few years.

Wasp is unusual in that I haven't done any skoping for the skin, it's skinned on Tommy's excellent Wasp mesh. That said I'm considering skoping a different hair style. The one I've done doesn't really fit what Hank had during Mighty.

Let me know what you guys think.
I finally decided to update my older Elixir skins so those are in the works right now, and I'll finally get his X-Force costume released. Also updating the older Elixir's will mean updating some of my other student skins so expect those in the new year.

Excellent stuff Podmark,  Hank's a cruelly underrated character. these skins definitely do him justice!!
