Looks pretty darn cool. I have a question, though. Is he supposed to be Hispanic? I don't remember if Volt's avatar was or not.

Honestly? Don't remember for sure myself. I utilized C6's skin as my main reference, which is clearly using his tan/latino tone, so I just used that when I made my skin.

TECHNICALLY not done, as I still have to skin the staff... but eh. close enough. Randy Ripoff everyone.

Ha! Awesome. Randy looks quite villainous, and the detail on the afro is great.

As for Volt..makes sense. Since I posted that, I managed to look through my FR-related files on my computer and I found an illustration by C6 of Volt where he's looking pretty pasty. Still..it is unclear because I've seen the skin you mentioned and others where it's not so obvious.

Awesome work on both 'Mato. One thing kinda bothers me though 'bout the faces....something about the nose and mouth...they don't seem "defined" enough if thats the right word. They just seem to sorta blend in.

looks superb but if i may add my own feedback,I love the face a simple look but stern enough

the suit to me is to bright i always though randy had a more dark grey. i'd lower the wrinkles on the arms them seem too bunched. and i think a domino mask would suit him better

the detailing on the rest of the suit is stunning as if the subtly of the hair

Grah! I went back to adjust some stuff on Randy and realized I missed his stache entirely. *stabs premonitioner* this is your fault, foo! You should have noticed it and b----ed at me about it.



Suit is a few shades darker (the main area I adjusted though was the mask... looking at it I realized I made it too white instead of light gray like I intended. Blah.) and the skin is lighter to better match MJB's awesome artwork from Villains Reborn. And the staff is done too, yar.

Also spent a few minutes prepping a non-masked version of his face... I think I might be able to find a use for it later.

Skin's still a WIP, especially the jacket (still have another layer of highlights to add before I start on some of the smaller folds and detail work) but she's coming along OK.

Slight update to GG, so that now she looks like a female Barakapool. >P

But no, in all seriousness, I just haven't skinned the mouth yet, and the face was done with her domino mask in mind. It was just weird skinning her, because I'm not used to doing females without skinning eyebrows as well... normally when I do eye-browless faces for masks and such, it's for male characters.

Anyway, to Sioux' question: I will be releasing them, but I'm not sure if they'll be released separately or just as part of the Influx mod (the first level features Volt and GG as playables, and Randy as the boss).

Tomato, that looks GREAT!  I love how the face turned out.  Uniform looks perfect as well. 

It looks like I'm going to have to dig up my copy of FF at some point and get it running again just so I can try this out.
