Could I suggest using a male_basic type mesh? Something simple? If its going to be a complicate mesh I'd be far less likely to finish it. Just saying.

the characters selected will be human/humanoid, the judges are not going to throw one guy captain atom and the other ultra magnus

Haha, I was just poking fun at my own lame ability. Male_basic may be all that I can handle!

But seriously, I'm okay with whatever mesh you fellas choose ... at the worst, it'll encourage me to learn how to skin more complicated meshes. I've actually been dying to have a crack at one of JP's unskinned skopes, but never had the time.

thats great FF, we now have 10 entrys, but looking at brackets layout 10 doesn't work as it gives someone a bye, which isn't happening. so we need 2 more entrys, come on where is all the classic skinners or new guys wanting to prove themselves

I've never seen these kinds of skin off/challenges before, so it's really great to see them back. I can only guess what those golden skinny awards were for at alex's site.

My only suggestion would be that each pair didn't have to make the same characters in the same costume. I just think it could be more productive that way. But i can see how this could be a problem if judges preferred one character over another and so on. That aside, i still think this would really be fun and exciting to watch.
