Not to discourage a newcomer, but the face, at least around the mouth is straight from C6's standard skin, I believe, and would venture other parts of the skin are as well.  If so, then that would be considered kitbashing, and it is generally frowned upon.  Perhaps someone more knowledgable then I can direct you to a post/page that explains kitbashing in greater detail so that you can avoid it in the future.  Again, this is not to discourage you from skinning, as this kind of thing has happended a lot with new skinners.  But experienced skinners want their work to remain theirs, as you to will want as you keep skinning.

Ah, my apologies then. I shall work on a more original skin then for next version. Some mod communities are different then others, so I'm never aware of what's considered "kosher".

Will rework, thanks for the comment.

Edit: and yes, you would be right. the arms and the mouth area were copied, as I used the C6 brown recolour as a base.
