Disappearing Minuteman

So, suddenly, Minuteman is a box.  I can't edit the character can I?  And I'm stuck with him for missions.

... I think that means that the mesh is missing, or it's an unconverted FF1 mesh in a FFv3R environment.

I can't imagine how you would lose Minuteman...

Occasionally there were glitches with the patches minuteman, but the original works just fine.

Find the file names art.ff and rename it art.zip.  Go into in the find the folder under library/characters named minuteman.  Extract just the one folder, find the identical unzipped one in art/library/characters, and replace it.  Rename art.zip back to art.ff, and you should be done.
