how do put fx in ffvt3r

hey i have search high and low for instructions as to how i put fx's in ffvt3r put i have had no luck can someone please help me?

You did? Even this thread? Hrm... have you tried to read the fx readmes at all? Most fx you try to install manually come with specific instructions on how to install them. Also, you can check out the comprehensive list of tutorials and the FR wiki.
