Really Beautiful skins here Ewzzy, and fantastic skopes aswel. Both combined bring these characters (that I had never heard of) to life for me - theres just so much personality in each one. really great work!

Perhaps some attribute that has him come back to life over and over? Like that Russian Doll thing. Hmm....

Or maybe a Direct Attack called "Bestow Dukehood" which has a high stun cuz gettin cussed out by Ben Franklin dont happen every day.

@Scorp: I'm not even close to being done, but here's a preview.

@Benton: I think the flawed invulnerability trait gets is better. Though oddly it makes the best tactic against him to be just to keep using quick fast and cheap attacks until you hit the weak spot. After he loses half his health then you hit his as hard as you can.
@AfghanAnt: Thanks, that means a lot coming from someone as talented as you.

Now onto something fun. I spent all of yesterday looking for meshes to continue my work, including a man-shark mesh from Webrider. Out of curiosity I downloaded his Bob mesh from Reboot. As the standard skin I found my old bob skin slightly modified by Cardmaster.

This was not only one of the first skins I ever made, but also one of the first things I ever did in Photoshop. I made this way back in 2002.

That last skin is incredible.. fantastic job on it. Good skope, too.. did you end up using Pyro's hair?

I wish I could take all the credit for this guy. I'm using Googleplex's bases with a fair amount of tweaking.

I used the liquify tool in photoshop to shift around the musculature and then used the surface blur tool to blend googleplex's harsh lines.
I followed that up with some gradient map action to give use skin tone and then a green photofilter to give it that olive look.
I redid the face completely and blended the neck so it would look more attached to the body.

I'll ask what I asked in the requests forum in here too. I'm looking for a male_basic mesh with pants that isn't Gni's (his won't copy over in a skope) or based on Tj's PV (that shoulder doesn't look right at all without at least a shirt) and isn't a separate skinned piece?

I spent sometime away from Dr McNinja characters on a character from the good Dr's inker's comic Nedroid.

Harrison is always sad because he doesn't go on adventures. I made sure he'll have plenty of adventures.
(note that this is a preview and I haven't even looked at the shark head texture yet)

I love the jetpack jerk, but I'd recommend a more orange hue to his skin. He would no doubt have a TERRIBLE fake tan.

@Scorp: Such resounding silence! Apparently people are about as interested in a Kate Beaton skin as Tesla is in women. "Ladies! Ladies! I'm not interested in your romantic advances but in science! Control yourselves."

I spent the weekend tinkering on my avatar skin. You see, I can't claim to be Mongo the chainsaw ninja for long. Instead I shall be Ewzzy once more.

NEW PREVIEW!

I skoped one of Renegade's Luke Cage meshes into the Tombstone mesh from Irrational. I swapped the guns out for the hand cannons from the Pulp_Versatile mesh by Texas Jack. I hid the lightning and spent an hour trying to get rid of the LOD transformation. That's the thing that makes mesh go low poly when you zoom out. It would make Ewzzy transform into a low poly version of Tombstone if the camera got too far away. I finally fixed that and then I found that the guns had a reflection no matter what I did. My only fix was to black out the lightmap so nothing on the mesh can reflect now. After all of that I feel as thought I can preview him here.
He's based on my first decent avatar.

Not on my recent failed attempt at a futuristic avatar. That one makes me look like a d-bag.

Thanks everybody. I figure I'll get burned out as soon as I find a job. Ha! My skins are getting a lot more complicated and detailed and that might cause me to burn out first. We'll see when I crash. Following this thread will be like going to a Nascar event.

Speaking of being more complicated and detailed:

Do you think I can get away without making an actual Michael Jackson skin after I finish this? I didn't think so either.

I went through a dozen variations on the skope before I felt right. I'm still not sure about the shoulders. They seem alright, but if you get close they clearly aren't part of his jacket.
