Iron man question for the 360

When you unlock the costumes can you use them in the story mode or just one man army? I read that you can use them in archived mission but I tried and the Mark 3 was the only available suit. Also, I noticed that battle damage was visible in the demo but not the full game. Am I missing something?

I'm honestly not sure. I only got the game for the PS2, and see no real reason to get it for another console.

Just finished this on easy and really loved it. Thinking about how I dodged this title because of the bad reviews, mostly because it really is a challenging game and it's normal is most game's hard level. Unlocked all the suits and now going to replay on normal mode.
