Freedom Force Mesh tutorials

I just got the 30day trial for 3dstudio max and was wondering if there were anytutorials on basic mesh creation/editing. I'm looking for something gentle at first - like maybe switch heads on a character or something...if thats even possible.


I've never used this program before, so any useful links you feel woul be helpful are welcome !
Any help is greatly appreaciated.
