is it possible to give the passive effects have fx for example when spider-man dodges he has the spider-sense effect.

firstly, this is an FX question. It should be under that board. Secondly, yes.

To make that effect work just download the spider sense FX from www.fxforce.com or Prev's - Rename any nif in the FX to    
launch
Now that you've done that open up FFedit & add the FX & on the sounds you need to use '4' for launch sounds to work 'example'
fx_Spider_Sense_4

Im using the first ff so what im talking about is selecting the effects when creating a power

I'm pretty sure passive defence fx was something added in FFVTTR, so I think you might be out of luck in that area.
