These are great JJ!  Bucky is especially nice.  I like your color work with him, but Sgt. Fury is quite good as well.  I like your work on his uniform, but his sleeves seem a bit on the short side.

Thanks, buddy.
I'm glad you liked them. Fury's sleeves are supposed to be "rolled up", he used them this way in all the reference material I found.

I always use Tommyboy's talking heads in my mods, Bill, but I never found one with a "bucky-like" mask. I never was able to skope the heads too, the game crashed every time I tried it.

For some reason, NifSkope garbles the last couple bytes of the file when you skope a head.nif. You can fix it with a hex editing program. Check out Dr. Mike's posts in this thread for the details:

Great tip, JK. Thanks
Which hex editing program I can use to fix the heads?

JJ, your skinning work always makes serious improvements from the previous set, which is very impressive. I love the way Nick Fury came out.. Bucky looks great, too.

This is one of my pet projects. I use EZScript a lot, I'm always playing new stories, so I need more civilians (the heroes got tired to save/talk/interact with the same tow people over and over...), so I'm making some.
When I finish it it will be a teenage girl skope with 3 different skins, a generic civilian girl and two classic girlfriends of two classic heroes. I'm finishing the first one, miss Gwendolyne Stacy:

Very nice. Could use a headband perhaps?
Where did that hair come from?

The hair is a skoped version of Gren's Diamond Lil, Pod. The texture is still a wip.
The headband is a good idea, any suggestion where I can get one?

For my Cipher skope on HeroForce I used the head band from Tommyboy's Asgardian mesh. Whatever you use you'll probably need to manipulate it a bit to get to look right.

Very cool, JJ. Definitely use a hairband. That hair would be perfect for a new Magik skope, too..

I think I remember a headband on one of ink's meshes. Maybe a Rachel summers?
You could also just use a belt piece and rotate it in nifskope.

John Jr.

I'm already looking for the headband, guys. Thanks for the tip (headband? Maybe I should make a Linda Danvers skin too).
Gren made a great looking  hair for Diamond Lil, I just had to shorten it a little and I agree with LP, it would look good for Magik.
I'm finishing the other skins:

John your style is really developing here. I like the cloth work and stitching details you added to them. Those are so important when you are skinning less complicated designs.

Also do Linda Danvers. She is still my fav Supergirl. Too bad she's been sent to hell :(.

John Jr.

Thanks for the kind words, guys.
AA, I'll do my best to do Linda justice, I liked that visual a lot.
I understand your feelings about Linda, a lot of my favorite characters were killed/retconned in the 80's and 90's. I'm relieved some of them got back and I wouldn't be surprised if they bring Linda back one day. Nothing is "forever" in funny books.

Another vote for Linda from me, (the last Trade is a wonderful read). Once you add a headband for Gwen that'll easily transfer to the Linda Supergirl.

You really captured the look of the Superboy series Lana with your detail on the eyes.

Well done!

JJ...wow! You're advancing at an amazing rate. The cloth work is phenomenal!

JJr, you really are impressing me at how much progress your are making with your skins. Lana looks really cool.

Thanks for the kind words, guys.
OK, Gwendy just got her headband.

Thanks to the magic of Alpha channels Lana doesn't have one (I added more detail to her shirt and hair):

And I'm finishing generic civil girl:

Why she looks sad, you ask? Well, she is a civilian in a super-hero game, so she knows she'll be frozen, caged, menaced, etc. And when all is done Lana gets back to home in Superboy's arms, Gwen in Spidey's webs, but poor civil girl have to get a cab.
Life is unfair...

Sioux City Dynamo

Hi John jr,

Very nice! I do not think I have seen other skins for these characters.

These are a must have for the Spiderman and Superboy fan!!

Respectfully,
Io

Respectfully,

Thanks a lot, Dynamo! This is my second Lana skope, but I don't think I saw other skins for the girls and this is the main reason I skinned them.
I'll probably release them when I finish the Supergirl skin.

John Jr.

Still a WIP (she needs more details in the costume and a custom face), but what you think guys?

Podmark

Very nice. Good job on these girls.

And that's exactly why I'm doing my (very limited) best to get Little Miss Danvers a good skin. Hope you like it, AA.
I added a custom face and played a bit with the hair.
