Howdy guys, I'm trying to figure out who is responsible for the excellent Ninja Turtle skopes/meshes that Revenant did skins for a while back.  Can anyone help me out?

Hey guys, does anyone have a copy of these meshes that has a readme?  I like to make sure to include readmes with my mods, but these guys don't have any.
