Yeah, time depending, I want to make a new skope to better match the characters. But at least now I know what I need to add/fix/change.

Hey Benton, do you mind if I take a little creative liberty with the Rock Soldiers? I have a few ideas for a skope (maybe 2) that I'd like to try out. If this works out the way I want, I would just need a skinner for this.

Man, nice work CB!  That looks like a rock soldier to me!  That really is excellent.  He's got just the right build, and the Doomsday bones make for nice, rocky type features.  So, as you say, we need a skinner.  It would be awesome to have at least two or three versions, one for General Traag with brown "skin" and that little insignia on his chest, and another one or two for foot soldier grunts, perhaps just two different shades of rocky "skin."  Is anyone interested?  This would really come in handy!  Say, CB, would it be possible to get a rifle-bearing version?

:EDIT: Thanks to Bearded's awesome efforts, we now have a rat model that can be used for the Rat King's minions...now all we need is a Rat King!

Benton: For the Rat King, how about a stripped down Comedian_tf mesh with a Crossbow added? Would that work?

Hah, you know CB, I had to download the Comedian real quick and hide a bunch of his objects, but now that I actually see it, yeah, I suppose it probably would work.  What in the world made you think of him?   I suppose that a slightly modified comedian with his shotgun replaced with a crossbow would work pretty well.

Shorter won't be any problem, I can easily skope him to be any size I want, but bulkier...well, we may just have to take what we can get depending on how generous the artistic community is.   Traag does look very similar to the other rock soldiers, so I don't think it would be too huge of a problem to use the same model for both.

I'm not sure, if I can find a Male_Heavy mesh with a rifle of some sort, then skoping all the other pieces onto that shouldn't be a problem. It's just finding a base to use that might be an issue.


Rat King


I had quite a bit of difficulty getting the crossbow to line up, but I think I finally got to work right. Let me know if you want anything changed or added, if not, I'll send it your way.

CB, that's fantastic work!  He looks great!  What did you end up using as the base?  I'm sorry to hear that the crossbow gave you a lot of trouble, but it looks great!  I can't see anything else that he needs.  Ohh!  Except that he needs a bit of spikey hair.  Pod finished his skin, and he said for you to send the skope his way when you were done, for him to adjust the male_basic skin to fit whatever extras you'd added.

Agreed, great skope CB. I'm thinking the best move would be to swap out the body with the one I used, which is Ren's Power Ring, if that's possible. Send the skope my way and I'll skin the extras.

I've already said this, but it bears repeating.  That skin is just plain beautiful!  Your work on the bandages across his face is so good that they look like they're skope on, not skinned on.  He looks awesome!

I actually have 3 different versions of this skope to add variety. I do still need to find one with another weapon though.

You know I wonder if we can get a Granitor? You know the tall grey Rock Soldier with the small head, big nose and shoulders. Also we now have minions for Shredder, Krang, and the Rat King now we just need to give Baxter his Mousers.

So, CB and I have been discussing possibilities for Leatherhead.  Tommy's Lizard is somewhat close, although he's a bit on the scrawny side for this gator-mutant.  Does anyone have any suggestions on what might be useable to skope this guy?

You could probably paste most of Previsionary Laughing Paradox's 's jumpsuit skin (with his permission/cooperation, of course) onto an appropriate skope.

I think all of these variations have potential for fun missions in Benton's future mod releases!

Hmm, some of the lizard folk MIGHT work, if you can convert them without too much trouble, but I know the animations are still giving y'all a lot of trouble.  Animations are harder to come by than anything else these days.

Mighty Bebop and Super Rocksteady, huh?  Well, the robot I want most is 'ol Metalhead, but I certainly wouldn't say no to those fellas if someone created them.  Really, they could use the existing mutant skopes, they'd just need new skins.

Podmark and Cyberburn really did an amazing job on this guy!  He's one of my all-time favorite TMNT characters (don't ask me why, I really don't know), and it is a real thrill to finally be able to bring him into Freedom Force and pit him against the Turtles!  This is a beautiful skin, and Pod doesn't usually do requests, so it is even more awesome because he was kind enough to help me out by making this.

The Bullywugs definitely look cool, but I don't know if there is currently a mesh or skope for them.

I'm also looking at possibilities for a "Slash" skope, but I'm not sure what could be used for his elbow and knee pads.

I think there's one from NWN, but it would take some work to get it going.
