So true - I started to add a few from my wishlist to whats already been announced & was thinking 'Crap" 30's not nearlly enough - Realistically if I could get one of these i'll be happy

Electro might work as a main character though.

Daredevil and iron fist would get rendered as generic martial artists.

Daredevil maybe not, given his crazy never missing ranged attacks and his discipline rooted in boxing but developed into ninjutsu. The movie actually did this justice a little.

Electro is an old favorite (the marvel character) but the forum poster Electro is a mugen player and he knows how awesome Sandman and Hydroman can be.

On the Capcom side I would love to see Lord Raptor (crazy punk zombie from Darkstalkers), Haggard (mayor with muscle) and Baby from Captain Comando (a baby in a mech suit).

You know how you can change the costumes in these types of game, well I'm thinking they may be a feature you can do with the similar characters (Thor, Beta Ray/ Iron Man, War Machine/ etc) that way you can have multiple characters.

Alternate "skins" and characters usually need to have a similar build, or at the very least, similar fighting styles with very small changes, so Shulk being an alt for Hulk most likely wouldn't happen.

I think it would be great... have Deadpool launch foes into the screen like the ninja turtles game, leaving the screen cracked for a while. Or have him yell stuff like "this is my combo! This is my special attack!"

Anyone who's played a fair amount of CAPCOM games can tell without a doubt that the far left silhouette is Okami, (from Okami,) and that the far right silhouette is Phoenix Wright. Furthermore, the silhouette next to Okami confirms Superskrull more then his previous silhouette did.

The main character from Okami is not named "Okami." . Her name is Amaterasu, and it makes sense that they're including her because Capcom is working on the sequel of that game now for DS, and Yami was in the Wii VS. game as the boss. Cross promotion and all. Also, someone posted a list of the supposed characters that will be in the game. I hear this is the same person that leaked the SF4 cast list, but eh... it's fun to look at guesses, no? List below.

I wouldn't put too much merit in it. Mister Fantastic (Reed Richards) is on it, and I'm fairly sure none of the Fantastic Four are in the game due to licensing issues.

I wouldn't count on it.  It seems the only reason this took so long was for Marvel to come up with a way of redoing the licesing to allow for multiple companies to handle it.  Marvel could simply write the licenses to say "we're letting you use X in y game"  and leave out the exclusivity BS.
