Well, M.O.D.O.K. seems to be done as a beam spammer.  Which fits his character quite nicely.

New characters announced, and they are Zero and She-hulk. I, for one, am happy with this announcement. I loves me some She-hulk, and Zero's cool too, I guess. The only problem I see arising from the current pattern MvC3 is exhibiting is the clone issue from the last game is now becoming the "female counterpart" problem.

I agree - after the ridiculousness that was boneclaw and regular wolverine in mvc2 especially.

I hope they put in Ms. Marvel, but with a superstrong She-Hulk, I guess that won't be happening. Some off the wall powers like Moonstone would be pretty cool though.

Shadow Mode has been announced.

Ever dream of squaring off with Marvel vs Capcom 3 fighting game legends, but never have the chance? Beginning in March, players will be able to face off against custom-built computer opponents, modeled after famous players and specific themed teams via Marvel vs. Capcom 3's innovative "Shadow Mode". A series of downloadable packs, each will contain three unique teams to battle against, with their own programmed special techniques and preferences.  The first pack will include the team and AI Personality of the game's producer, Ryota Niitsuma, in addition to the Shadow Mode teams for Assistant Producer Akihito Kadowaki and a QA team leader.  More packs will be coming soon, and may feature some personalities you already know.

I bought it... But I haven't gotten back to my apt to test it out yet.

Game is good. I have yet to make it down to gamestop to buy my copy,  but my friend picked it up and we played it for a few hours. I'm no fighter game expert, but it was a blast for me... ended up sticking with an xforce 3 man team (dp, x23, wolvie) and won a good portion of my matches.

It's great. I especially love how the winning poses fade into comic pages. Only real trouble I had was the new control scheme but, only at first. Now i've got the hang of it. If you wanta get beat down i'm playing on PS3 tag : The-Beyonder
