May I suggest broadening the shoulders a little on the Bear to make him less humanoid looking - Other than that I think he looks perfect especially the claws

I made him as a man-bear.  If you want to adjust him, that's what skoping is all about.

I doubt Gren would agree it wasn't negative. And you didn't clarify, you simply took another jab at Gren. If you weren't trying to be negative and clarify you would have said something like: "Gren, I'm sorry that you took that from what I said. I didn't mean that at all. What I meant was..." Please don't try to make me look like the jerk by trying to butter up what you said. I'm allowed to clarify myself in public as well.

I'm still studying what's involvled with the grappling manuevers.  Once I figure that out, I'll update that mesh.

Lets all just drop it Gren's back & as far as I can see no one is really flamming anyone else - It's more of a loss in translation situation - For Gren if you need some tips on how grappling works with FFX 3 then i'll be happy to help out via PM

  You may want to check out Yellow Lantern's grapple animation. I've added them to all my appropriate meshes. Unfortunately, there is only a grapple animation for basic and hulking meshes. Both will work on male_heavy meshes, but as I'm sure you know, the basic anim squishes the mesh and hulking stretches it (only during the animation, of course). I'm sure someone skilled in creating keyframes could adjust the hulking animation to play nice with male_heavy, or as I assume is the case, you would rather make your own animations. I'd be happy to send the animations to you if you're interested.

I share your problem with the lack of male_heavy grapple animations. I've already requested of Gren that he begin to add grapple animations to meshes of characters that use it. He's barely had a chance to look at the stuff I've sent to him about it. But, I think we will soon see some cool things done.

Can I make a suggestion? If the guy is a bear, what about some kinda bear type claw slash animations? Like Texas Jack's Wolverine meshes? You know how bears swat stuff. Might give him a little more distinctiveness, and theyd be cool as hell.

inks sabretooth,rens killer croc, and i think tj's gorilla meshes all have good claw slash animations but seeing as how thorough he is with his animations to characters i bet his bear can already slash foes.

The mesh already has the animations you mentioned.   I mean c'mon I.m not new to this rodeo.
Of course I'm going to put appropriate animations for the mesh.
