Influx: The Official Mod thread

Mk, so I've been hinting about this project awhile, it's about time I made a thread here. I'm still not as far along as AA, but I've finished the script for the first level (script meaning all the lines, not game code... already confused someone with that today >.<) and I should start both the remaining skins AND the actual coding sometime tomorrow. In the meantime, here are the backdrops I put together for the mod (In both widescreen and fullscreen flavors... not sure if I can implement it, but I'd like to have a widescreen option for those of us who use laptops and such)

You'll notice that there are 30 FR avatars across the bottom. These are most of the avatars I currently have on my comp (don't feel bad if yours isn't there... I left out a few avatars I have just because I missed them going down my ctool list). I might offer something to whomever manages to guess them all... but keep in mind, some were collabs that have not been released, and I believe one hasn't even been previewed by the skinner yet.

They're all in order though, so that at least should make things simpler.

Since I can't be at home actually working on it (stuck at some boring work indoor picnic thing.) Here's a summary of how things are going to work.

Rather then just doing one humongazoid mod with all the levels I'm going to make, I'm splitting the story into more manageable "chapters." Each chapter will have a certain number of levels, or "episodes," and will encompas a single story arc. They will be released by episode, then when each chapter is finished I'll be starting a new mod.

The first chapter will be five episodes long, and serves to introduce the characters and the world. The first episode has none of the members of Influx at all, but features Electric Freedom facing off against Randy Ripoff and his Sharkmen.

Just edited the initial post with the correct guesses so far... if I do decide to do something for the correct guesses, it'll be whoever gets the most for now.

(and don't feel bad if no one guesses all of them... just to goof off I went through all of them, and even having done it yesterday I still had to look one of them up.)

Of course, knowing what the order is helps- should be getting more obvious as this goes on.

That means I'm right in saying I see Detourne_me. Theres a caped fella who is in around the right place to be Hellscorp, and maybe Murs further along there. I'm gonna throw Prem out there as well, as the guy three to the left of my own av.

Okay, just to the (our) right of Benton would be Carrivagio. To the right of Glitch Girl we have God Girl, and to the right of Reep is Revenant, then Syn.

(I was going to do this post as an edit to my previous post, but it occurred to me that in a contest, even an informal one, editing previous posts for whatever reason seemed kind of unethical)

Sorry... but no. It's unfortunate his av has a cap, if you could see the full pose that one would be easier.

Suprised Mike took so long... I know you can't see his nipple-hoses, but the pose is fairly unique to his keyframe set.

Edit: Oh, coincidentally... you might want to consider why I would have 1,7,9,15,17,20,24,28, and 29 already on my comp... as well as 6,7, and 16.

Any chance that no. 16 is Lionheart, followed by Lunarman? (I don't see a sword, though. The only other name I can think of is Lugaru, but I admittedly have no idea what his avatar looks like)

Edit: A small footnote: In alphabetical order, shouldn't Alaric's avatar (The Verdant Vowel) come later on along the lineup? I'm eyeing a few spots where you're using the member names instead of the avatar names and visa versa, myself included.

This seems cool. I can't really get excited for it since I know my avatar isn't in there, but it seems cool for the people who's avatar is. Good luck with it.
