Throw him onto a Mesh with some Particle Emitters, and Hell Hound would be perfect.

As far as Arrowhead goes, I'd be glad to throw a belt and leg strap on him, as long as you don't mind waiting until next weekend.

I haven't got a story for him yet but I created him to either be an ally or enemy of Bloodshadow, just haven't decided which yet

There you are! Which ones? I'd like all of them! I know that sounds greedy. I love alternate versions of mainstreams, and you have done quite a few of them. I'm imagining I could use hero files from the mainstreams. With interesting adjustments, of course. I saw a storm analogue, and a green hawkeye.
What about Hell Hound? What power sets do you think he could have?

Thanks for the interest guys, I will zip up all the ones you mentioned and upload them to my group ASAP.

The Night Guard group has been changed to "The Power Corps" so they will be in their own folder because really the whole idea blew up into something way bigger than I originally envisioned.I now have four teams that make up the PC Alpha,Omega,Gamma & Delta, each one is patterned after an X team lineup so yeah you can definitely use pre existing Xmen hero files although one of the teams is based on the Brotherhood.

Hell Hound when created was envisioned to be a mix of Sabretooth & Red Hulk, a bloodthirsty killer that puts off more and more heat the angrier he gets. I hadn't put much more thought than that into him, kinda hit a roadblock on ideas for him

I've created a whole bunch of new characters and storylines for them over the last couple years with most of the design work in my sketchbook, but I've recently returned to skinning to bring them all to life now in FF, some are definitely just alternate versions of preexisting Marvel and DC characters but some are my own original creations and designs.
