Blender Nifskope

Can we set up a Blender Nifskope tutorial page???
Also in Blender can someone tell me what it means when it says:"Cannot find Layer check console"Also when it says:"Python script error cannot runback"Or when it says:"non-oblivian keyframe not supported".
If anyone can help me out I would be so grateful.

2 things I hope someone can help me with
1.I hope somone can help me.I been playing with Blender and Nifskope and I can't figure out for the life of me to get the skins on them when I'm done when I go to Character tool nothing.
2.Wow I am having another issue.After using Blender for a couple of days now for every mesh I try to import it telling me;"Error Python Script error"Also:Layer not Found.Even on Meshes I have imported before can someone help me out please.What do those terms mean and how can I fix it.
