Everyday when i am trying to log on ,i have an error

Connection Problems

Sorry, SMF was unable to connect to the database. This may be caused by the server being busy. Please try again later.

once had different error ,closer to night i can log on ,what is the problem ? virus on site ? or someone here insult hacker ?
