problems with maps..there are to dark

Ive downloaded many maps for FFVT3R but there seems to dark or they have another color....

as the "Cold" Map from CmdrKoenig..the color is not white , its pink ...
and in the"forest" maps there is many missing textures and objects !!

has anyone an idea ??

If an object is pink, it means that there is a missing texture.
The most common cause for this in my experience, is when a map is using a custom texture folder. When a custom texture folder is used in FFvTR, all textures for that map need to be copied over (not just the new/changed ones). In FF the game was smart enough to look first in the cutom folder, then in the default data folder if it couldn't find it. FFvTR is not that smart.

If there is a missing object, make sure that the map didn't have some additional objects or dat files that need to be merged.

Ash, which forest maps are you referring to and what objects are missing from them?  You didn't mention missing objects in your PM to me.
As far as I know, there shouldn't be any dat files to merge on my  maps.

the maps are ds_dark_forest and ds_dark_forest_valley
the other maps like "ds_cold" or ds_underwater are too dark...

Ash, You said in your most recent PM that you have the Steam version of FFVTTR, which I don't know very much about, I'm afraid.  Is the Steam version installed in a different way than the normal game? 

Did you check where the textures folders are installed (like I suggested) for the maps that are all pink?
