Error Messages

So, I'm trying to post over in the EMH thread on the Film board, and every time I've tried to post the full comment I get a weird 403 error about how I'm attacking the network or something. It's bizarre.

Edit: I kind of figured out what was causing it... I was trying to include a wikipedia link for EMH, and it had a % 27 or ' in the title. I'm guessing the board doesn't like % codes in posts

Speaking of error pages... our lead copywriter asked my input about the new 404 page for a large site we are working on. The tagline was along the line of "Like this animal our page doesn't exist... or doesn't anymore, at least." the design obviously featured a nice unicorn.
