 Marvel could just introduce Good-Child who obeys his parents and solve future problems like this, but then they'd have to make a character whose parents aren't dead.

I did think this was pretty awesome of them.  I mean, there was, initially at least, no real reason for them to do this.  Even hunting down the Hawkeye comic was above and beyond.
