What do you want changed, maybe that will help someone answer your question.

I wish I could help, but that is way above my current skoping level. Maybe someone else will be able to chime in here.

Not sure, but are you talking about a mesh where the mouth is opening and closing, and you don't want it to?

Hi everyone,

Thanks. Yes I have tried UV edit in nifskope but it was not helpful.  The specific problem I am trying to address is with TF thin.  On the male_basic tga is some additional mapping in the lower left corner. This is tied to the spot where the meshes lips join together.  I think it is meant to assist with shading or depth.  Unfortunately, this has made it difficult to utilize this mesh for different facial expression.  I had this problem when I made the Jester (Joker's flipside hero counter part).  I wanted to go back and work with him a bit to make him better.  In order to do that I am thinking I need to change that mapping or remove it somehow.  I have been doing some reading and believe the issue could be addressed via unwrapping and seams on the uv but do not understand what I am reading.....Well, that is what you get when you have an administrator trying to work in a field he has no clue about...Lol

Anyway, any thoughts or suggestions would be most appreciated.  Also, I was thinking I would like to take a stab at skinning some of the new meshes that randomdays has brought into the game.  However, most do not have a wire and I am thinking the same skill to address the above may be helpful with these meshes.

As always, any thoughts or suggestions would be most appreciated!

Unfortunately, I haven't gotten very far on how skinning works on Blender or Nifskope, so I haven't a clue on how to set up a wiremap. Some of them have very strange skinning too - either just skinned by basic colors or with the skin broken into multiple pieces.

Making a wireframe is pretty easy in NifSkope. Just select the NiTriShape, right-click, and choose Texture > Export Template

It should be possible in NifSkope to find the offending triangles and remove them.
