You have to get patch 1.2 (I believe) and run the game as the administrator. That should help you.

i install 1.2 and 1.3 still didn't work

There are lots of similar sounding problems that people run across when trying to get the game to run. Someone else has likely had your issue and solved it, but your best chance for someone recognizing your problem comes when you give exact details on:

• What version of the game you are installing (e.g. Steam, US CD, UK CD, etc.);
  
• What version of Windows XP (what service pack);
  
• What patches you have installed (right-clicking the game exe for Properties and looking under Details can help) and any errors that showed when installing the patches.
  
• What exactly you have attempted to fix the problem (e.g. "I right-clicked on the file C:\Program Files (x86)\games\Steam\steamapps\common\freedom force\fforce.exe and, under the Compatibility tab, choose run under Windows 95 mode."); and
  
• What happened when that attempt didn't work (e.g. "game never starts, same error message" or "game tries to start and but crashes back to Windows desktop with this error..." etc.).

it a US CD and i am running window xp prof. service pack 2 the cd start but stop with no error mess. now
