Hello,

I'm trying to skope the US Soldier mesh from :ffvstr: to Punisher_TJ, but when I try to copy the branch of the soldier mesh over to the punisher mesh, I get a message saying that I cannot as it says "failed to map parent link NiNode|Bip01 L ForeArm"

My skoping skills are very limited, so I am wondering if anybody could help me with this.

You might need to rename the matching bip on the US Soldier's to "Bip01 L Forearm". Does that make sense?

So, the bips are case-sensitive?

EDIT: I guess that they are, because now it works.

Thanks, AA!

Now that that issue is out of the way, how does one go about hiding parts of a mesh during certain parts of a keyframe?

Secondly, how do you remove bips that you do not want without warping the mesh?

Thanks, Windblown.

The gun thread you posted does help, but for the removal of bips, I am referring to something like removing, say, Bip01 L Finger 01, yet still retaining the mesh's original shape.
