Thanks Benton.

It loos like a don't have Shadow Demon, and though I do have Venger's Nightmare, I think it would be easier for someone to just reskin Beyonder's horse. That way it might be easier to mount Venger on him using one of Tommyboy's mounted setups like I've done before.

I'm going to try to make a decent skin for that inspector boss, Homer's body might be a great idea

yes its perfect!
I will try to correct as much as I can that head I've been making.

In the laboratory thread I uploaded a video of Inspector Gadjet with a small correction. If you like, I'll pass it on here if you want to share it.

Randomdays

Sure, that's great - go ahead and put a link up for it.

I've been trying to repair the texture but it's really super unrepairable, it would be extremely helpful to find a method to paint models over what's wrong.

I took another screenshot of the head and it came out extremely bad.
It looks like it was one of the minions and the texture came out glitched too, the good thing is that it can be used for minions because the stroke looks similar to the inspector's drawings

Maybe you can cut the pipe and make it solid color and the eyes could definitely be made into skopes and the same with the mustache.
I'm in the process of making that partial screenshot, I'm not sure it will come out

Working and building on 3d Models isn't easy, even from a base. Lots of respect to the guys like Grenadier,Tommyboy, Bobby69 and Revenant back when who came up with such models and animations for us to work with.

And one more thing......... ( :D )

Current project being worked on...

The 3 main characters from Jackie Chan Adventures - Jackie, Uncle, and Jade.

The 3 heads are from stl files and the 3 bodies were made in the Sims 3 CAS

They all still need tweaking on the models and skins to get them closer to the show version. After that I'll look at rigging.

cranlox

Without a doubt, great contributions and work! It cost me a lot to get that Jackie Chan figure. It's the only character I got from that series.

If you want me to make screenshots of chapters or characters, just tell me if you have a video of the fragment of the character you want, I can get a 3D version with a texture glitch or a plain color. :banghead:

I'm sorry but this is the best I can offer.

Randomdays

Thanks Cranlox. There's a PS2 game of the series I was going to look at down the line for the villains and a few other characters. If I can rip the characters from the game, it will save a lot of work.

The stl diorama I used for a base is very nice, but not very friendly for trying to rig due to their poses.

The 3 of them really look great, and the diorama is nice, but it seems that it will be difficult to try to get the body out of there.
I think you have chosen a very correct solution.

I remembered that there were some Shadowkhan monsters, which were practically just black and gloss, and I decided to try to test with that, speculating that the texture would have to be quite simple or fail almost imperceptibly. And I found the result quite acceptable. I hope you can get the villain characters from the game, that would be great news.
Here I share with you the result of the model I got.

When I tried it with the common ninja, a very different version came out, but to my amazement it came out perfectly textured. It doesn't look like anyone from the Jackie Chan series as it is, but it also has a similar spirit.

I tried to capture Quimby's hair only, it came out very different! Maybe it could be used for someone's hair in a timely manner?

Although I haven't seen this series, the characters are interesting to add to the game.

Cranlox - good work on those ninjas and creatures in the other thread.

Jackie Chan Pack uploaded to the "Others" folder.

All 3 rigged to Zulu Delta's Shang Chi 2, which uses Val's male_martialartist_versatile kf's

Jackie is normal character size, Uncle is 80%, and Jade is 65%. Uncle's glasses are transparent in FFvt3R only.

Average rig except for those freakin' hands again.

DoctorRuina

They looks cool!
Now, I want to do some robots for Metallus. RD, I think you did a robot that could be useful, but I can't find it.

Randomdays

What general shape was it? humanoid, ship?

Just released a pack for the Archie comics. Besides Archie by Atomic Robot, I skoped together Jughead, Betty, Veronica, and Archie's Jalopy.

A lot more information on the pack over on the Digital Diorama thread.

Daglob has already done the the 3 girls from Josie and the Pussycats in costume, but I'd like to see then in their street clothes,  plus Alex, Alexandria, and Alan, as well as all of them in the Outer Space costumes.

DoctorRuina

This robot was humanoid like this:

I'm also doing ship-type robots.

Randomdays

I don't remember doing anything like that. Maybe the Jameson Spiderbot?

DoctorRuina

It wasn't this one. But I don't remember downloading this Spider Slayer. I was trying to do the Spider-Slayers time ago.

DoctorRuina

Where is this Jameson Spider-Slayer?

Randomdays

I guess I never uploaded it somehow. It's now in the Marvel/ DC folder

Oh! Thanks a lot! One of my projects is to do all the Spider-Slayers.

  Excelent Chan team!
Did you have any luck with the game's villains?
I left you a model I made of the shadow armies they used, I don't know if it's your taste but I've left it for you in the thread too

Randomdays

Haven't had time to play the game in the emulator and see if the model capture is working. If it does, I'll have to play through the game until the particular villain appears and then try capturing him.

I did see the shadow ninja's you made. Good job on those.

cranlox

This is the one I'm most satisfied with.

I've never played Jackie's game, from what I've seen online it looks good

These demons are very interesting. I want to watch this series (oh, five seasons  ). Unfortunately I don't have time to watch so many series. Right now I'm watching She-ra, Kinnikuman, Gatchaman, Centurions, Batman... :)

Its on my list to tackle, but not #1 at the moment. I enjoyed the show and watched some episodes, and I've always like Jackie Chan and his movies over the years, so having the 3 main characters to put in the game was fun to do.

Working on another old HB cartoon at the moment, to go with the Archies - Josie and the Pussycats.

Daglob had done the 3 girls in costume off of some VX meshes. They look good, if a bit older than their teen years in the cartoon.

I found a good stl diorama by Torrida Minis and was able to work with that. The polycount was high, as always with stls, but not as high as others. I took Valerie's head and worked with that. After I got her done, I just removed her hair, changed her skin tone, and replaced her hair with Josie's and Melody's, and did a little tweaking to make them fit - removing the ears of course. I think the modeler used the same base for each head with some small changes.

I used female_teen_ponytail, chopped off her original head, and transplanted the new heads on, and added a skirt from JJ's female_teen_girlfriend. For Valerie, I also puffed out her sleeves a bit.

I did some simple cartoon style skins for them in their street clothes, and I think they came out looking very good.

I'm going to try to do Alexandria, Alex, and Alan in their street clothes as well, and then put them all in their uniforms from "Josie in Outer Space". Of course if, if anyone wants to jump in ahead of me, that would be great...

They're posted as a pack in the Classic Cartoons folder, including Daglob's Pussycats as well.

As you did an excellent Speed Buggy, I recently watched an episode and wanted to do Tinker, but the model was a bit different from Shaggy. I also wanted to do some villain from the series.
On the other hand, I think deanjo did excellents skins for the Centurions, but it seems he didn't publish them.
