Character Tool 2. Buggy for anyone else?

Hey, guys.
No specific skinning or meshing problems this time. However, does anyone else use "Character Tool 2" from Modforce a lot? I do, and, lately, it's been weird.
A while ago, I used to look through my entire inventory of characters without a single problem. Everything was great, and it was a really helpful program.
Recently, though, it's started giving me errors like (when trying to view my Brimstone character) "cannot load mesh for: Brimstone". It did that with a Kyle Rayner mesh I use, too.
So, does this happen to anyone else? Do I need to re-install or debug CT2?

And, I forgot to mention it, but it seems to "forget" that parts of skins are there and ready. For instance, I have a Jaime Reyes Blue Beetle skin that works perfectly in-game, but CT2 Makes everything but Jaime's mask and the Scarab purple, and the mask and Scarab themselves have a translucent purple on them, meaning either the glow, lightmap, or reflection is messed up, but I know they work and are there.

Also, on occasion, there is an issue when you look at a character whose skin files are in .dds format, sometimes a character whose skin files are in .tga format will have a pink gloss over them.

Oh, is that what's causing this? I'll have to fully convert every .dds file into .tga files, then. Pretty much all of the skins in the DCUG mod are .dds files, and when I copied over the characters, I got lazy and didn't convert the formats. I'll have to do so now. Thanks, spydermann!

In regard to the "Cannot load mesh" message; it merely means that the mesh was made for  :ff: and needs to be converted to work properly for  :ffvstr: or to be viewed in CTool2. You can find a mesh converter here: http://www.alexff.com/goodies.php

Huh. Weird since Brimstone functions flawlessly in-game. Thanks for the link, though. Not sure I've used this before.
