Dean - took a look at the Gargoyle's pack. On all of them I think there's issues with the reflect and glow textures set up for some of the parts. Tried a few things that I and SA had talked about a while back, but couldn't get around it. Maybe SA or someone familiar with that can help.

On Lexington, I did fix the front loincloth and adjusted the wings closer to what they should be. On export, everything is now uniform but everything now has a shine to it. Over my head as well.

The gargoyles are excellently recreated and I see them as perfect for the villains and Broadway, which are the ones I tried.
I only noticed that there is a kind of rebound in the appliqués of Thorns, mouth and ears, maybe if there is some way to solder those appliqués to the head, it would look even better.
Sometimes that happens to your characters and other times it doesn't, Dean. I don't know why but I guess it's because of the way it comes together. Likewise, your very high production and it being just a detail, I say it with total affection, not to criticize you. Nothing further than that. Broadway is my favorite gargoyle and I could never play a video game with it if it wasn't for you, so imagine what a gift it means to me that you share your work. Then I have some dragon tails somewhere, I'm going to see if I can replace the current one on the mesh to put the one I told you that doesn't have that scale.

I still have to try the rest of your creations, although without a doubt what I saw is truly amazing, the duet of the Double Dragon brothers from the animated series are also a true gem.

Thank you. I try them in the ctool but don't have ff on my comp at the minute. Anybody can freely do anything with my stuff and if it's better then that's a bonus. I've got the updated gargoyles thank you random, my email won't let me reply but I've got them.

Dean - good. from what Cranlox said, I might take Another look at them.

nifskope cant really join pieces to the main mesh as far as I know, but Blender can do it easily - I already did so on the ears for Lexington. Not only Dean but other designers just using nifskope sometimes have "floating" pieces on them. Once joined they have to be weight paint like the rest of the mesh to a body part.

For the thorns, mouth and any other things, I hadn't really looked at those in Blender yet, being more concerned with getting the lighting to match on the pieces so they don't have that "patched" together look.
I think they look more uniform now.

But that should be easy as well, and if the thorns aren't on the original character design, they can be easily removed if needed, instead of adding a whole new tail.

I don't have any blender running on my PC, and frankly I don't know how to use it.
I only use nifskope and PhotoImpactSE & Dreamer (these last two are obsolete programs for the rest of the world except me)
Sometimes it is easier for me to replace one object with another than to remodel. That's why I said about the tail.
Try Billy from DoubleDragon, he's literally amazing.
