I've been playing around with the custom Gryphon skins based on Astro City characters, and though I'm liking what I was able to do with Jack-in-the-Box character-wise, visually his collar is black where it should be transparent. What did I forget to install? As far as I can tell, the mesh has all the files needed, keyframes to wireframes.

Thanks a bunch!

(And, I should say, it's a blast to see a still-active Freedom Force community. I remember using the free Internet at high school to download all the skins and meshes I could for this game, and I burned it all onto CD-Rs. Blast from the past, all of this.)

Could be a couple of things. FF1 gives trouble with some graphics cards (like mine) and the alpha channel doesn't work. Sometimes, with no pattern I've been able to discern, conversion to FFv3R does something to the alpha channel, or the setting in that particular mesh are not quite right or...

Which game are you using?

I'm using the first Freedom Force, and I do have an NVDIA graphics card. Dangit. Any work-around?

Looks like I may have to try my hand at making a mesh!

Cyber Burn fixed a Male Alpha Collar for me. PM me an e-mail address and I'll send you a copy, I don't think he'll mind.

Not at all. Feel free to do with it as you please.
