Starting over -- kinda?

So I've finally gotten a decent machine to install XP SP1 onto, just to run Freedom Force and avoid the issues that SP2 introduced into the game (or, rather, the things that SP2 didn't let the game access anymore, but it's moot).  Unfortunately, even Microsoft Update won't support that version anymore, so I'm running without most of the patches that came out between those service packs.  It's mostly stable,  with the only issue I can find so far being that it won't finish a shutdown, forcing me to force a power down.  I can live with that.

I've been able to load content from my last FF backup, as well as FFX & the most current EZFX, but there was a bit of a time gap (probably a year or two) after that and when the old laptop got stolen, so there's some things that I'm still missing (some of which was on an external drive, until the minion pulled it off of the table while it was running....and the heads crashed  ).  Some of it are edits I made to FX and such, hero files I created, etc, but others are things that I can't find, or maybe just don't know where to look anymore (since all of my Favorites/Bookmarks weren't backed up).  I would appreciate it if someone could direct me to the following:

A current list of resource/website links
- Specifically sites with the old Marvel RPG FASERIP stats for characters, and where the content for FXForce is now (the FRP link I found was dead)
    - Specifically the Teen Titans mod

The three year old minion is very demanding on his super-hero content, and there's only so much I can do from scratch, so every little bit helps.

I know there's keyframes and some other content issues that I'm having, but I can dig into that in a later post.

Adding onto what Spydermann posted, here is the Cast List page for the former version of the Classic Marvel Forever site:

This has the directory in the old format you were used to (if you used this site, that is). On the new site, the Profiles-->Comics dropdown list will only give you one page per comic company with relatively short lists. The Alien Races and Groups dropdowns still give full lists on each page you click on, like before. When you click a name link on these pages, it brings you back to the hero page on the old site.

By the way, all of the menu buttons at the top of the page still work on the old site I posted and contain all of the information you may have been used to.

Many thanks, gentlemen.  Exactly what I was looking for.  I was hoping that the FRP address I had for FXForce was just wrong, and not dead.  That's far too much content to fall by the wayside.

The Classic Marvel site was probably the biggest one I was thinking of, and it also spurred my memory to find Ben Reilly's site as well.  I remember there was one or two sites that had stats from the old DC RPG, and I might have a lead on one, but haven't had time to dive deeper.  *Edit* - oh, look, you listed Ben's site as well.  That's what I get for not reading more closely.  I'll have to take a look at that DC site to see what format it is.  *Double Edit* - ah, it's a direct link to Ben's DC section.

Cyber, don't worry about the site being outdated -- everything I had was outdated.  Would you mind if I (or other people) added Yahoo groups to your Links section?  (I thought about checking with you *after* I added one -- sorry)

Originally, I would have been bothered by it. But with my FF time currently being substantially reduced, as long as things are kept organized, I'm good. I'd even be glad to send my Lists of Yahoo Groups to anyone who would want to take on the task updating that section.

Previsionary officially announced the end of the site back in September (about two/thirds of the way down the page), but posted links for FRP and FRP2 to access the downloads from the sites.

Well, booger.  It must have just been a Christmas miracle that the site lasted long enough for me to browse & D/L the Teen Titans mod.  It was definitely a nice blast of familiar nostalgia seeing all the pages for Mikey's site again.  I was there so often I felt almost like a member.

Unfortunately I think many of the fixes I still need were on FXForce.  With luck, I'll be able to find what I need in the neatly sorted folders that Prev was so awesome to provide.  Losing all of that content would have been a big blow to the community.  Looks like I should start, as we used to say back in the days of dial-up, downloading until my modem craps out.

Maybe it's just me, but I went to look into Prev's backup again, and now I'm not seeing the FXForce stuff anymore.  Huge bummer.

I seem to recall there being a hex or somesuch of the male_basic_cape_ph_gloves mesh by Beyonder that had a holster.  I could be wrong.  Does that sound familiar to anyone?  Should I really be putting this one up in Requests instead of here?

With the Holster, it sounds more like a Taskmaster Hex than anything else.
