I've been skinning this character but just cant find a piece for his arm??

I was thinking of doing this character awhile back for a project Bearded was working on, and I was going to try using the rectangular backpack thingie (square quiver) from a TV mesh, making it thinner with Nifscope. I was gonna skin the glowing spots on it.

How do you make things thinner?

In Nifscope you can right click on the piece you want to change and Transform>Scale Vertices. You will have to use trial and error to figure out which axis you need to reduce. I haven't tried it on that particular piece, sometimes the X, Y, and Z axis' don't line up exactly, and the edges look skewed. I've also thought about it a little, and you can't put anything on the top and bottom of the quiver. I'm not sure if you can put that glowing area on the sides. That shows you how far I had gotten in my planning.
