Coming along nicely. I quite like the blue padding.

You've really nailed the 70s feel with this Microwave, John. Kudos!

Yeah, Photobucket has decided to do away with free accounts. That is not what they say, but it is what they mean. A lot of people are apparently deciding that the ad revenue on a free account is not worth it. After the way Photobucket has been treating their free accounts the past few months, I don't see any reason to want a paid account. How long before they decide that the lowest-level paid account they offer isn't worth the trouble?

A Photobucket account with 3rd party hosting (so I can post pics) is $40.00 a month, $400.00 a year...

That's why I'm changing most of my stuff over to Imugr right now...

Though oddly enough I have yet to see my stuff get that Update pic slapped on them and I've had a free account with Photobucket for ages...interesting...

I've had one for ten years (they said so when I cancelled it). They are probably taking each account by name or date you created the account. Or some other criteria. :)

Hmmm...had mine for more than ten years for sure....pushing fifteen or twenty by now....interesting.  Maybe it has to do with how much one has in their account...I often go in and delete out old pics in one fell swoop...who knows....still moving over to imugr...and look, I even got a new avatar space holder thingie....

Thanks for the kind words, guys. I'm glad you liked Microwave.
Microwave in the 70's is now available for download in my Yahoo Group, I hope you find him useful. And I wish to say I huge "Thank you!" to Daglob for starting this topic, it's a great way to celebrate the anniversary and I'm glad I could contribute.

I love the completed Microwave!  Great work JJ!

Neat Minuteman, DG, feels very 90s/2000s.

Well folks, can people send me their 70s offerings?  You can send them to bentongrey @ yahoo.com.  I've got JJ's Microwave, but I know there are others I haven't gotten.

I've never seen a skin for this Bobby69 mesh. Until now...

Still working out some things: I believe the hands may be uncovered; it looks like there are loose sleeves.

spydermann93

Oh man, that's cool!

What mesh is that?

Bulletnew69. I'm not sure where it is these days; maybe one of the Freedom Force Yahoo Groups. https://groups.yahoo.com/neo/groups/Bobby69meshes6/files

I've thought about making a challenge within the challenge, and see how may different skins for this mesh we can get.

Any takers?

Cyber Burn

Actually, if I have any time, I was looking at his "Male_Microwave69" Mesh.  :)

daglob

This is still going on. I haven't done much lately, but I've been sick.

UnkoMan

Oh man... Too bad a bunch of pic links in this thread are out. I absolutely love FF redesigns.
I actually was working on a completely revamped FF universe before I stopped skinning forever.
A younger group, Teen Titans-esque. Liberty Lad was the leader. Deja-Vu was a time hopping, wisecracking good guy. Tombstone was electric Ghost Rider/Evel Knievel/Elvis, and Alche-Miss was his pinup witch girlfriend.
I can't remember them all. I ought to dig them up. Oh! The Ant was a psychic queen ant who controlled a ton of other ants to form the body of an ant person that would also turn into a giant ant made up of all the smaller ants.

Anyhow, these are cool! I hope to see more!
And get well soon!

Cyber Burn

Found my preview pic of Minute Man, though there were still one or two Skins not shown here. And When I get a chance, I'll try and post the Bullet Pics too.

I really like that blue Minuteman. The way the "M" also looks like the straps in the original costume is really neat.

I've replaced my pictures lost when Photobucket decided to hold them for ransom.

I mentioned this, then didn't post a pic. This is Ultimate Minute Man, hex by RedBlackDeath, skin by Robert.

I know, I kind of took the summer off, but we've only got three months left.

Oh wow, thank you daglob!
I loved going back through this thread! These are all so cool.

EDIT:
I forgot to write, those Multiple Minute Men above my post, with their super pale skin, to me looked like a series of Minutebots. Especially the green one.
Interesting!

Ouflah

Wow, that's fancy! I love the detail and texturing.

Thanks Ouflah. Funny thing is, the "M" turned out far different from what I had originally wanted. I actually ended up having to improvise a little (A whole Lot). Plus, I wanted the color schemes to match the original concept, but the Green didn't work out, which is why I went with Gray. I still wanted to do something with Green though, which is what you see now.

Work In Progress: Man O'War in the Freedom Force Cinematic Universe.

The picture quality is not great, but any guesses as to who I cast (photoskinned) as FF's curmudgeonly aquatic hero (No, not Connery, though that is who I would cast for an animated movie, if I had my way)?

Cyber Burn

Very nice Doc, kind of looks like me after a few days of not shaving.  :P

Here's the Evolution of Bullet, plus each Skope has Alternate Skins as well.

daglob

My interpretation of a World War II Minuteman. Still a WIP.

daglob

Thanks!

Below is Bobby69's Male Microwave with a skin by James "Lightningman" Taylor.
