Nif Converter

Is ther some new form or another way to Nif Convert FF1 to FF2.
I went to Alexff site and every time I tried to download NIf Converter it keeps asking me to Download "Microsoft .NET framework"
and I have Multiple Times but it still asking me to download and I cant get Nif Converter.
Any Suggestions

Alex's Hero Tool can convert meshes. The increased brightness/lighting on it doesn't seem to do anything, but the conversion worked on the meshes I've tried with it.
